Our client is listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange and is a leader in managing and developing premium resorts, hotels and spas in the Asia-Pacific.  They are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as:

Head, Legal

Around S$120,000 Per Annum  

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will provide legal advice and counseling to the local management as well as country-specific management teams on regulatory matters, ensuring that the company complies with all regulatory and statutory requirements.  You shall handle a wide range of legal-related matters ranging from corporate/commercial transactions, incorporation of companies to litigation, claims and risk management.   You will interpret, review, vet and draft contracts and other legal documents and ensure minimal legal exposure and liability to the company.

You should possess a LLB Degree and eligible to be called to the Singapore Bar, with at least ten years’ post qualification in corporate or commercial work whether in practice or in-house.  Experience with a SGX-listed company or knowledge of SGX requirements would be highly advantageous.  Independent, resourceful and meticulous, you must possess sound commercial sense with strong analytical aptitude.  You should be a high-energy individual who possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
