Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be assist the GM on operational and business related matters, which include setting up a new division developing business in the local industry and regional market as part of the expansion plan, establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services. You will be responsible for generating business revenues, identifying new accounts in the local market and establishing new clientele base. You will formulate strategies and explore market potential to determine competitive edge, and develop and execute marketing plans and programs to meet profit growth and expand company’s revenues.

You should preferably possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of experience with the recent five years in a senior managerial role. Organisational and leadership ability, good business acumen, ability to work well in a team and strong analytical and persuasive skills are key traits sought for this position. Besides being independent, committed and hands-on, you should possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
