Assessment of Candidates

Our rigorous interview process is supplemented by an appropriate psychometric exercise which we conduct to understand deeper the candidates' leadership styles, work values, social and other personal traits. (The candidates' profile you provide us during our initial discussions with you.) As a separate assignment, we can also provide you with an unbiased second opinion on candidates already identified by you.

 

Our Guarantee

Should the appointee leave on his or her own accord or is found unsatisfactory within six months of appointment, we shall seek a suitable replacement at no extra consulting fee. However, any expense incurred on your behalf will be charged at cost.
