The Process

  • We will draft an advertisement for your review before release in The Straits Times and websites.

  •  

  • We will screen respondents to the advertisements, and conduct initial telephone interviews to identify suitable applicants for further discussion.

  •  

  • Invite the good prospects for extensive interview and evaluation. We shall also use psychometric testing of the candidates’ work style and attitudes, to supplement candidate interviews, thus increasing the level of accuracy of our evaluation.

  •  

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on three to four shortlisted candidates for submission to client. Reports will include the candidates' personal particulars, career history and achievements, our evaluation of their personal traits and work style, and our recommendation.

  •  

  • Assist in arranging meetings between client and the shortlist candidates and also in the negotiation of terms with the appointee.

  •  

  • Conduct formal reference checks on the appointee.
