We will prepare an Assignment Profile for your approval. This will be the basis of our discussion with the candidates to be approached.

We will conduct a search of companies in Singapore where candidates are likely to be employed currently and identify the candidates who could fit your requirements for the position.

Discreetly approach the candidates identified through the search and make a preliminary assessment of their suitability for the position.

Invite the good prospects for extensive interview and evaluation. We shall also use psychometric testing of the candidates’ work style and attitudes, to supplement candidate interviews, thus increasing the level of accuracy of our evaluation.

Prepare comprehensive reports on shortlisted candidates for submission to the client. The reports will include the candidates' personal particulars, career history and achievements, our evaluation of their personal traits and work style, and our recommendation. We would normally present three shortlist candidates for your further evaluation.
