As a separate assignment, we also provide clients with unbiased second opinion on internal or external candidates already identified, by interviewing them, also with the help of TIPP, and providing an independent evaluation of the candidates.

Outplacement Services

When the need arises, we offer tailored professional outplacement programmes to organizations experiencing change brought about by downsizing, restructuring, plant closure, relocation and similar events that affect employees and their careers. The outplacement programmes range from workshop sessions to specially designed programmes to assist executives and managers on their job relocation and the services are offered at individual level (one-to-one basis) or in groups.
